Hello!
I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Jen, and I feel truly honored to support individuals and couples on their journey toward healing and growth. I believe that each person’s story is unique and meaningful, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
In our work together, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. I want you to feel heard, seen, and supported as you share your experiences—moving at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. Therapy can be a vulnerable process, and I strive to make it one that feels grounding, collaborative, and empowering.
Since no two people are the same, I take a flexible, client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic perspectives to best support your needs. Whether you’re working through current stressors, processing past experiences, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide virtual therapy for individuals and couples. Together, we can build tools to strengthen emotional resilience, deepen self-awareness, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space for us to connect, talk about what’s bringing you in, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
I would truly love the opportunity to connect with you!
I believe that who I am as a therapist is shaped not only by my education, but also by the experiences that have led me here. My path into mental health began with a strong foundation in psychology, earning my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I also completed my Associate of Arts with a designation in Psychology at Red Rocks Community College.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent several years working in healthcare, including roles in hospitals and surgical centers where I eventually moved into management. That experience deepened my understanding of the connection between physical and emotional well-being, and ultimately led me to pursue a career where I could support people more directly in their healing journeys.
After completing my graduate training, I became a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the NBCC, which reflects my commitment to ongoing learning and providing high-quality care.
My early clinical experience was in an agency setting focused on substance use, where I worked closely with individuals involved in the judicial system, including those on probation and parole. This work was incredibly meaningful and helped shape the way I approach therapy—with compassion, flexibility, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.
Along the way, I’ve received training in several evidence-based approaches that I continue to draw from in my work, including DBT, MRT, EMDR, CRAFT, and impaired driver education programming. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate these tools in a way that is tailored to each client, helping me support you in a way that feels both personal and effective.
I am currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Colorado and Alabama, though I am currently accepting new clients in Colorado.

When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors and embracing a sense of adventure—whether that’s riding my motorcycle, exploring new places, or taking trips with my husband. I also cherish quiet moments with our two furry, four-legged kids and making time to visit familyas often as I can. These experiences keep me grounded, inspired, and connected to the things that matter most in life.
